We all start off a New Year with all these “Resolutions” that we want to do. Things to better our self, new things we want to try, bad habits we want to drop. But how many of us ACTUALLY stick to these resolutions for the WHOLE year?
Anyone? I’m going to be honest, not me. I am terrible at sticking to anything, even though I know it will do me good in the long run.
So why is it so freaken hard? My conclusion…we get stuck in a rut, we get WAY too comfortable with the way our lives are and we are straight up TERRIFIED of the unknown!
How can we stop this vicious cycle? Seriously, any suggestions would help. But here’s a suggestion to all of you:
This year, practice yoga as if your life depends on it…BECAUSE IT DOES!
Consider that your “best life” happens only when you are present. This is where you have access to love, joy, connection, freedom, empowerment and possibility. This “best life” depends on your commitment to making self care a priority and a necessity, instead of looking at it as a luxury that you may or may not have time for. The life you want DEPENDS on you taking care of yourself. Discover a higher level of presence and access to vitality, power and freedom ON and OFF the mat.
How can you do this? Great question.

We have two different program meeting options, Wednesday’s & Sunday’s. Whichever day you pick is the day that you will stick with for the whole program.
